Established in 1903, Zollanvari is a family-owned Iranian handmade carpet producer. Our creations embody the spirit of Persian carpet design. Our empathy with the essence of the Persian weaving aesthetic informs our production, making it unique and timeless – qualities that have established our name as a global trail-blazer in creating carpet art. We work with an extensive network of excellent nomadic weavers with whom we have cultivated and nurtured personal relationships that have resulted in a resourceful and ever-developing carpet production. Our carpets are hand-knotted using hand-carded & hand-spun wool, dyed with natural vegetable dyes. Zollanvari is the only Iranian handmade carpet producer to hold an OEKO-TEX\u00ae Standard 100 Certificate for ‘handwoven carpets (rugs, gabbehs, kelims, & jajims) made from hand-spun sheep wool and traditionally dyed with herbal natural dyes’. The sixth generation of Zollanvaris is active in Hamburg, Cape Town, Wuhan (Hubei), China and Secaucus, USA.<\/p>\n
